These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the phtaya ph platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of this site, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read this document carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using phtaya ph (accessible at phtayaph.bet), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phtaya ph.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform, register an account, or access any game or service offered on phtayaph.bet. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Use of phtaya ph is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.

- You are not an employee, contractor, or family member of a phtaya ph employee in a role that would present a conflict of interest.
phtaya ph reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and any balance may be withheld pending review. It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure they meet all eligibility requirements before registering.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one account on phtaya ph. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts without refund of any balance.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phtaya ph will never ask you to share your password. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorized by you.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately at support phtayaph.bet. phtaya ph will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must keep your account details current. Outdated information may affect your ability to complete transactions or verify your identity when required.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using phtaya ph, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose as an entertainment service. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or international regulations.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use any automated tools, bots, or scripts on the platform.
- Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods or fraudulent identity documents.
- Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity. phtaya ph reserves the right to report suspected money laundering or financial crimes to the appropriate authorities.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or phtaya ph staff through any channel.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All transactions on phtaya ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits are processed through local payment channels available to Philippine players, including digital wallets, internet banking, QR transfers, and over-the-counter cash-in options. You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your phtaya ph account are yours to use and are sourced legitimately. phtaya ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are subject to change. Transaction processing times vary by payment method. phtaya ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All deposits are final once processed. phtaya ph does not guarantee the outcome of any game, and playing is at your own risk. No financial returns are promised or implied. Please review the FAQ for guidance on deposit processes and common transaction questions.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
phtaya ph provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phtaya ph's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content on phtayaph.bet — including but not limited to text, graphics, game interfaces, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of phtaya ph or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written permission.
Links to third-party services or payment processors may appear on the platform. phtaya ph is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party site or service.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
phtaya ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or prolonged inactivity.
If your account is closed for reasons attributable to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is found, remaining balances will be returned via the original deposit method where possible.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of phtaya ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
phtaya ph reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
